Adaptix Strength Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This privacy policy explains what data the Adaptix Strength application ("the App", "we", "us"), operated by Antonio ZS as data controller, collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how you can exercise your rights, including deleting your account.

By creating an account or using the App you accept the practices described in this document.

1. Account data

When you create an account in Adaptix Strength we collect:

We do not sell this data or use it for third-party advertising.

2. Pain, health, recovery, and workouts

Adaptix Strength is a training app that adapts your routines based on how you feel. To do this we process health and wellness data that you enter voluntarily:

This data is considered specially protected health data. It is used exclusively to generate and adapt your training recommendations within the App; it is not shared with insurers, employers, or for advertising purposes.

3. Technique videos

You can record videos of your exercise technique to receive an analysis. When you do:

4. Health Connect / Apple Health and wearables

If you authorize it, the App can read health data from Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health / HealthKit (iOS), including: steps, sleep, heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), blood-oxygen saturation (SpO2), respiratory rate, VO2 max, distance traveled, calories, and workouts recorded by your watch or band.

5. Analytics and error logging

We use Firebase Analytics (Google) for a small, fixed set of acquisition-funnel events (registration, onboarding completed, routine created, workout started and completed). These events carry a pseudonymous identifier, never your email, your health data or the contents of your routines. We do not use third-party SDKs for automatic crash reporting.

We internally log technical usage events and errors on our own servers (first-party telemetry) so we can detect bugs, measure the App's performance, and improve the experience. These logs may include your account identifier, the event type, timestamps, and technical device metadata (model, operating-system version, App version).

6. Third-party providers

We work with the following providers, which process data on our behalf under their own security safeguards:

7. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active, in order to provide your history and personalized recommendations.

8. Your rights

If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with equivalent data-protection rules (for example, the GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by emailing privacy@adaptixstrength.com.

9. Minors

Adaptix Strength is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App or in applicable regulations. We will post any relevant changes on this same page along with the last-updated date, and we will notify you within the App when the change is significant.

11. Shared routines, invitations and bonus credits

Shared routines. You can share a routine or a single workout as a link or a PDF. The App builds a template from an explicit list of fields: exercises and their order, days and blocks, sets, target repetitions, rest and general instructions. It never includes your logged weights or repetitions, personal records, history, pain, injuries, recovery, readiness, notes, identity or the results of personalized analyses. Anyone with the link can view the template and add an independent copy to their library; your later edits do not change what was shared. You can turn a link off at any time; copies already added remain with their owners. Links are not indexed by search engines. We count anonymous visits to shared pages (a coarse platform guess and a one-way hash of the network address used only to limit abuse) and delete those records after 90 days.

Invitations. You can invite other people with a personal code or link. When someone enters your code we record that you invited them. You are told only how many people are waiting or have completed a first workout, never who. The invited person sees that "a friend" invited them, never your name or email. We keep the invitation record, including codes describing why a reward was or was not granted, for the lifetime of the accounts involved; if you delete your account, the invitations you made are kept without any link to you and the invitation you used is deleted.

Bonus credits. Credits granted through invitations are recorded in a ledger (grants, uses, refunds, expiries) tied to your account so your balance can always be explained. To protect the programme against misuse we compare limited, proportionate signals (for example whether two accounts share an email address once dots and tags are removed, or how quickly an invitation was used). We do not use device fingerprinting or read your clipboard.

12. Routine ratings and reviews

When you rate a routine we store the stars, your optional comment, the routine it refers to, how many of its workouts you had completed, your training level, where in the App you rated it and the App version. For routines from the template library the stars count towards a public average, and a comment is shown to other users on the template's reviews page with your first name and last initial (or "Adaptix member" when your profile has no usable name), your training level and your number of completed workouts. Your email and full name are never shown. Ratings of routines built for you by the Routine Builder are private.

Before a comment appears it is checked automatically, including by OpenAI's moderation service; comments that are flagged or contain links or contact details are held for our team to review. When someone reports a review or hides an author, we record who did it and why so we can act on it; the author is never told who. You can edit or delete your rating at any time, and deleting your account deletes all of your ratings and reports.
